Photography and dope Lifestyle magazine Vice worked with Terry Richardson for their 2011 Photo issue for a very “fun” shoot. They found some pretty voluptuous women to participate in this shoot. Raw, uncut images show how daring, yet vulnerable these plus size women are. I commend them for having a shoot with a great photographer who didn’t add a smidge of photoshopping. LOVE IT!

I recently purchased a Earlace piece by Tayana (@thetayanashow). If you do not know what earlace is, it is an earring/necklace hybrid that serves dual purposes. I love the idea and the uniqueness of the combination. Celebrities like Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Meagan Goode and Estelle have been on the scene with this dope piece on.

I absolutely love it!!! I can not wait to wear this out on the town!

If you haven’t heard by now on your fav fashion blogs, then I will twll you. Versace has agreed to collab with H&M for their autumn/winter collection. This is to me, the biggest collab ever for H&M. Although I did love the collaboration they did with Lanvin!

The line is expected to go nationwide on sale mid November with talks of a Spring line in January 2012. I CAN’T WAIT!!! The line will include womens, mens, and homeware.

It was also reported that Donatella Versace was to retire or step down from Versace, as that has been a false claim.

I really hate to do another Beyonce post, but you just have to admire the great imagery and photography of Beyonce’s W Magazine spread. Even the subject herself looks definitely off the CHAIN!

Queen Bey was photographed by Patrick Damarchelier and styled by Alex White. On the front cover, she is draped in a Louis Vuitton Silk Blouse, cashmere shorts, hat with a mask. Donned underneath the blouse is a Givenchy silk satin bra, Lorraine Schwartz Earrings, and a David Yurman Ring. A very sleek but sexy look.

SO just to put it out there, I am a big fan of Angel Laws, who is the creator of the awesome, positive celebrity and fashion site, Concreteloop.com. Among many things, Angel Laws is definitely in my opinion a fashion maven for plus-size women. Her eclectic tone of tribal prints, earth tone colors, and dopetastic handcrafted jewelry and accessories always helps her pull her looks together flawlessly.

If you didn’t know already Angel likes to keep a personal blog about her life, and her fashions on AngelonFire.com. She gives vivid images of her outfits for the day, event, and her findings on what new designers are out there. I absolutely love this blog and it would be advised that you love it too .

Angel is also constantly recognized for her fashion/style and recently walked in the Kaboodle’s Fab at 5 Fashion show this past week and was also interviewed for Hello Beautiful’s 30 under 30.

Angel has recently been in the production of finishing her book that will help bloggers get into the game of blogging.The book is a how-to-guide for bloggers on what they need to know in order to turn their blog into a profitable and rewarding business. Chiffon and Sheer shirts are something every lady who loves to be translucent need in their closet. As unpredictable as this spring/summer is going to be, to have a light weight piece of see-through clothing that can be sexy and also add to a bit of breeze and comfort is something that should not be passed by.

Sheer shirts are seeming to be one of the trends for this summer. A nice sheer top can be worn with skirt, skinny jeans, shorts, capris or just about anything.

What you would normally wear underneath something so revealing is a tank /camisole or be SEXY and wear a printed bra; leopard print, floral, or neon colored. Sometimes oversized sheer tops can also be used as a coverall for your bathing suit.
